NOVEMBER 26-DECEMBER 30 :: A few prints and collages from the FLYOVER series will be on view at Kopplins along with LUNATION, a print exchange I participated in earlier this year. Consisting of 29 prints, each of the moon’s phases are represented in waxing and waning lightness by many local talented female printmakers. Calendars and holiday cards will also be for sale.
NOVEMBER 30-DECEMBER 22 :: Calendars and prints from the Free Range series I made with Amy Crickenberger Oeth will be available for sale at the SooLOCAL Holiday Shop. Join us for an opening reception on Saturday, November 30th from 4-9pm!

NOVEMBER 1-17 :: Collaborations in Printmaking will be on view at Forage Modern Workshop on East Lake Street in Minneapolis. These are two small series of prints I worked on with Nadine Gross and Amy Crickenberger Oeth. JOIN US FOR THE PARTY! Thursday, November 7 5-8pm.
OCTOBER 18-NOVEMBER 29 :: two pieces of FLYOVER ephemera will be on view in the 918 letterpress ephemera exhibition at samford university in birmingham, alabama.
AUGUST 9, 6-8pm :: HEALING ARTS OPENING. a selection from the FLYOVER series will be on view at the hudson hospital in hudson, wisconsin through october 13. healing arts is a collaboration between the hudson hospital and the phipps center for the arts.
AUGUST 16, 6-9pm :: PARTS OF A WHOLE + CHANGING PLACES. opening reception at minnesota center for book arts. two shows in one night! fortunately they are in the same building. two pieces from FLYOVER will be included in MCBA’s community show in the main gallery (on view through october 20), while she doesn’t get out much, a new print i made for a print exchange between MCBA’s artist co-op and that of Honolulu Printmakers will be on view in the cowles literary commons on the second floor (on view through october 6). open book, 1011 washington ave s. minneapolis.
JUNE 27, 6-11pm :: MIDWEST PANTRY food poster show opening at chowgirls parlor. i created a sweet poster for local muesli company seven sundays. all posters $30, benefitting the smile network, a minnesota-based organization that repairs cleft palates of children in developing countries. a nice write-up from the heavy table.
JUNE 8 :: i will be participating in highpoint center for printmaking‘s annual open portfolio event from 1:30-3 (the event runs from 1:30-7pm). this event is free and open to the public. come look at prints and meet their makers!
JUNE 15-JULY 27 :: two prints from the FLYOVER series will be part of CIRCLE WORKS, an exhibition of work by cave paper founders, amanda degener and bridget o’malley, along with studio assistant james kleiner and former cave interns. on view at the morgan conservatory in cleveland, ohio.
MAY 2-30, 2013 :: FLYOVER is on view in the kerredge gallery at the copper country community art center in hancock, michigan. closing reception thursday, may 30.
APRIL 4, 2013 :: LIFE-SIZED BOOK PROJECT opens! 7-11 pm at chowgirls parlor 1222 second st. ne, minneapolis.
this winter, i collaborated with artshare northeast, the northeast library, and papermaker bridget o’malley to produce a series of community book-making workshops. see the finished product and some of my newest prints.

MARCH 7-APRIL 28, 2013 :: D.I.Y. Printmaking: Presses Not Required. i am happy to be included in a great bunch of artists and print collectives in a show at the new project space of the minnesota museum of american art.
